The whole machining process can be accomplished with just one-time setup and operation, which can improve the productivity and save a lot of time. The X Y Z axes are equipped with roller type linear guide ways, which is good for heavy and big workpiece machining. For increasing stability and accuracy, the Y-axis beam and the saddle of the spindle head use 3 linear guide ways. The spindle speeds can be adjusted according to customers’ special requirement. This outstanding design can increase rigidity by 50%, and also can improve the dampening capacity against vibration and finished cutting surfaces.

The Double Column CNC Machine has specially designed crossbeam structure, which is mounted with 3 roller type linear motion guide-ways combined with horizontal and vertical use. This structure and construction can prevent the cutting forces in two directions while decreasing deformation to a minimum degree. The beam structure is specially rib-reinforced to provide high rigidity without deformation. The working table is supported by 3 linear guide ways, which provide strong support with no deformation. And the ball screw is supported by a device and drived by the backlash free gearbox, which can increase the dynamic stability of working table. With these good features, the service life of the ball screw can be prolonged.
