Taesin CNC Engraving machine use super powerful and high-speed
spindle motor, which is good to solid and hard material. With the
help of high precision, good cost-performance ratio and high
working efficiency, the engraving machine can do a wide range of
production like copper electrode, aluminum products hole milling,
auto parts, medical parts, eye glass and so on.
In order to ensure high precision milling, we use Taiwan Brand
“PMI” and ”HIWIN” ball screw, high rigid and precision transmission
system with 7.5kw servo motor for the spindle and 1.3kw servo motor
for 3 axis, which can provide high repeated positioning accuracy: ±
0.01mm and positioning accuracy: ±0.015/300mm.
Taesin CNC Engraving Machine can provide a good capability of
anti-vibration because of strong structure and weight. We use high
rigidity and strong Meehanite casting, and offset the thermal
stress by annealing, which can make the machine work for a long
time without deformation.
